Postage is calculated by the weight of the order and delivery address – this cost is shown separately in the checkout before you enter your details for payment. Items marked with delivery included will not show a delivery charge on checkout. We will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 7 days after your payment has been confirmed. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via email or phone immediately and offer you an alternative or cancel your order. Delivery is only available within the UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. 5   Delivery – heavy, bulky or multiple orders Due to the weight of some of the products, it may be necessary for a 2 man delivery. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. In some cases, UKBiz.TV Shop normal shipping rates may not apply – if this is the case, individual shipping rates are calculated based on the “ship-to” address. We will email you the approximate shipping charges for these items within 1 working day. After receiving the shipping estimate, the order is shipped only after you approve the shipping quote. 6 Method of Payment You can pay through PayPal.  We are unable to accept AMEX, cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. PayPal use sophisticated fraud detection methods and if this information does not match the information held by the issuing company then payment may be rejected and we will not be able to process your order. 7 Exchange & Return Policy We are committed to provide great products and customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. 8 Returning Items by Mail •Fill out the following information on the back of your invoice when you return the goods. •State the item(s) you are returning. •State the reason for the return. •We issue refunds through the PayPal refund scheme. •Small Items - Package the return securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include the packing slip. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. If you want the delivery charge refunded please remember to include the receipt for this cost. Your complaint may be emailed to marketing@whichventure.com.  We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed complaint within 2 working days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation.
